Information we collect

When you fill out the estimate request form, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), city, the service you need and a description of your project (optional). We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, provide our services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How your request is sent

The website does not store your requests and uses no cookies or tracking tools. Your request is sent to us by email through a form delivery service and received in our Gmail inbox. The servers of these services may be located outside Québec. Google’s handling is governed by its privacy policy. Only the people handling your request have access to your information.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to answer your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our services. Billing records are kept for the period required by tax laws. Requests that do not lead to a service are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at GazonCanada@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the version in effect.
